Exchange - Shipping - Cancellation


We at ColorsofCraft believe in offering the best handcrafted, handpicked, authentic product procured from artisan all over India. Due to the complex and unique nature of our products we take great care to deliver these products to you in the same manner as artisan takes care while crafting products. We deliver our product all over the world through the best logistic channels in terms of delivery and price for that particular product. On our website we mention the estimated dispatch time for each product separately as the dispatch time may varies across products depending on the artisan, stock availability, etc. Also, since the dispatch time varies across products so for the same order we may dispatch products separately. Any information if not given explicitly would be provided later before delivery.

Payment & Shipping: A straight forward process wherein once the order is placed via a website we shall confirm the details of the product ordered in an acknowledgement email or phone call. If the product fall into the made to order category an estimate would be provided for the product and services. Lastly a dispatch information would be given before releasing the product from our side. In case of made to order product a refund won't be given.

Shipping Charges: Shipping and Delivery charges of the product are mentioned at the time of checkout process. The charges mentioned are volumetric (based on the dimension of the product) in nature and differ from product to product.

Taxes: The taxes and other duties on the product purchased by the customer form our website are borne directly by the customer, to be paid directly while ordering or at the time of delivery to our logistic/courier partner. ColorsofCraft does not include these charges in the product price; these charges are over and above the product price you pay on the website. Also please note that these charges may vary as per local laws and vary from region to region within India and country to country outside India.

Delivery Address: We do not deliver to P.O. Box or Drop Box addresses. We request customers to provide full addresses with the postal code. ColorsofCraft will not be liable for delays resulting from incomplete address listings. In such cases the customer will have to bear the reshipping charges.

Made to Order (M2O) Product Delivery: The M2O products will be delivered to customers as per the timeline mentioned during the order placement. Since these are specialized products so product delivery timelines may vary as per products. We will try our best to deliver you the products as early as possible Information.

Exchange Policy

We at ColorsofCraft make sure that we deliver you the best of the products that go through multiple quality checks before the delivery. However if you are not satisfied with the product that has been delivered to you then you can follow our exchange policy mentioned below

  •  You can choose to exchange one or few products or all of the product form the order basket
  •  Some of the products offered on ColorsofCraft can be exchanged but some may not be returned and exchanged as these  products like stolls, papier mache , potali bags, paintings , dupattas  etc are design and manufactured by craftsman and they same may  not be capable to process exchange
  •  We request customer to check the products before usage as products once used, altered in any form or washed will not be  eligible for  Exchange
  •  Product delivered within India is eligible for exchange within 7 days of delivery. Products delivered outside India are not eligible for  exchange
  •  Made to Order (M2O) products will not be returned and exchanged as they are especially made to your taste and preferences

Valid reason for Exchange:

Defective Product: Since most of our products are hand-crafted by craftsman leading to variation in pattern or design. These variations should not be considered as imperfection as they add to the unique appeal of these products. However if these variations affect the look and feel of the products and affect the quality of products then we will consider the product for exchange. 

Valid reason for return and replacement:

Wrong Product: In case we deliver wrong product in terms of size, color or choice then we will replace the product. We regret if any such situation arises. 

Cancellation & Refund:


Our focus is complete customer satisfaction. In the event, if you are displeased with the services provided, we will refund back the money, provided the reasons are genuine and proved after investigation. Please read the fine prints of each deal before buying it, it provides all the details about the services or the product you purchase.


In case of dissatisfaction from our services, clients have the liberty to cancel their purchase and request a refund from us. Our Policy for the cancellation and refund will be as follows:

We will try our best to provide an overall good experience to our clients. In case any client is not completely satisfied with our products we can provide a refund. Its to be noted that Made to Order items or items without defect won't be covered under this. The dispatch of items involve packaging, dispatch and handling fee. In case the item is not dispatched or packed a full refund would be provided, if its packed then packaging and handling costs would be deducted and if the item is already dispatched, then the case would be considered, only upon us receiving the item back. An inspection for any defects would be done and only after clearing, subject to approval, a refund would be catered to, after handling and packaging deductions. Each would be on case by case basis due to the range of products and their manufacuring process. Dispatch is done within 48 hours subject to conditions.


If paid by credit card, refunds will be issued to the original credit card provided at the time of purchase and in case of payment gateway name payments refund will be made to the same account.
